ABOUT ME
I am a country girl, grandma to 2, mom to 5, community leader, Chaplain with Encompass Hospice, Founder of the Oklahoma Brain Tumor Foundation, Independent Distributor for Young Living, an ordained Christian Minister, Pastoral Counselor, and Life Coach.
MY STORY
I was an orphaned baby, molested as a child by a "friend" of the family, I grew up in a wonderful family with very loving parents. I became pregnant at 18 and miscarried, I married at 21 and was divorced by age 22 from an abusive husband. I remarried and became pregnant with my first son Rane at age 23. At the age of 29, I became pregnant with my second son Cade. He was diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of 6 weeks, he passed at the age of 14 months. My life was torn apart and I was lost. A year after my son died my husband and I separated and eventually divorced. It was at that time when I was in the deepest pit of despair and grief that I found my purpose and calling.
With no money, no education, no knowledge God lead me to start the Oklahoma Brain Tumor Foundation.
My point is that regardless of who you have been in the past that doesn't have to continue to be who you are today. God has a plan for your life. God intentionally uses the most broken and bruised among us to carry out His greatest and most important work. Did you know that the Word of God says that before you were even formed in your mother's womb God called you by name and set you forth a purpose?
God has given me gifts and talents to help others find their way out of the pits of life and turn the ashes of their lives into God's glory.
